Al Esposito, a dedicated figure in the plumbing and heating industry, passed away on October 30, 2024 at the age of 75. Born on August 26, 1949, in Italy Al's journey brought him to the United States, where he became a respected leader as the President of the New York State Plumbing and Heating Association. His contributions to the industry were significant, and he is remembered for his unwavering commitment and passion. A proud Navy Veteran, Al distinguished himself with his service to his country, embracing the values of camaraderie and resilience throughout his life. He carried these virtues into his professional career, where he fostered relationships built on trust and respect. Outside of his professional endeavors, Al had a zest for life that was reflected in his hobbies. An avid golfer and billiards enthusiast, he cherished moments spent on the greens and around the pool table, enjoying the company of friends and family. Al is survived by his beloved wife, Joan Esposito, and their son, Chris (Janice) Esposito. Cherished grandfather to Daniel John. He also leaves behind his siblings: Geraldo (Carmela), Oscar (Anna), Antoinette, and Rachel. Each shared in the joy of Al’s life and the memories woven through their time together. A Memorial Mass will be held in Al’s honor on November 5, 2024, at St. Frances of Cabrini RC Church, located at 134 Middle Country Rd, Coram, NY 11727, starting at 11:00 AM, with a concluding service at 11:45 AM. Al Esposito’s legacy is one of dedication, love, and integrity, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
