Charles Venezia

Ignatius Charles Venezia, better known as Charles or Charlie, passed away on June 23, 2023 at the age of 89 in Port Jefferson, New York surrounded by his loving family.  He was born on September 5, 1933 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Charles and Rosary Venezia.

Charlie's legacy will continue to live on through his family and friends, who mourn the loss of their beloved. He is survived by his spouse Virginia "Ginny" Venezia, daughter Lynda (Spencer) Kornfeld, son Robert (Patricia) Venezia, six grandchildren and one brother.

The funeral services for Charlie will take place at Deer Park- Mangano Family Funeral Home located at 1701 Deer Park Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729. Visitation services are being held on June 26, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and later from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. A mass is scheduled for June 27th at Ss. Cyril and Methodius Roman Catholic Church located at 125 Half Hollow Rd in Deer Park, NY at 11:15 AM.

Following the mass, interment will take place at St. Charles / Resurrection Cemeteries located at 2015 Wellwood Ave in Farmingdale, NY starting from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM.
