Christin B. Younger

Christin B. Younger, affectionately known as "Chrissy B," passed away on January 9, 2025, in North Babylon, NY. Born on March 10, 1983, in Altus, OK, Chrissy was a beautiful person whose laughter and vibrant spirit touched the lives of everyone around her. Her great laugh was infectious, bringing joy to family gatherings and sporting events alike.

A devoted mother and an exceptional sports mom, Chrissy poured her heart into her children, Jeffrey, Nicolas, and Christopher. She could often be found cheering them on from the sidelines, her enthusiasm lighting up the field. Her commitment to motherhood was widely recognized, and she was as much a friend to her children as she was their guiding force.

Chrissy's kindness knew no bounds; she had a big heart that welcomed everyone into her life. Whether it was a neighbor in need or a friend looking for support, she was always there to lend a helping hand. Her humor and easy-going nature made her not just easy to love but someone who inspired love in return.

She is survived by her loving husband, Jeffrey Younger, and her cherished children, Jeffrey, Nicholas, and Christopher. Additionally, she leaves behind her parents, Robert J. Bradfield, Eileen Vidal, and stepfather Edward Nowak, along with her siblings, Ryan Fleming, Dawn Nowak, and Timothy Nowak. The bond between them was unbreakable, filled with shared memories and laughter. She was a loving godmother, aunt, cousin and friend to all who knew her.  

Chrissy's journey was marked by courage, notably her proudest accomplishment as a breast cancer survivor, showcasing her strength and resilience in the face of challenges. She taught those around her the importance of perseverance and positivity, embodying these qualities throughout her life.

As friends and family prepare to celebrate her remarkable life, they will gather at Deer Park - Mangano Family Funeral Home for visitation on January 14 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and again from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. A Mass in her honor will take place on January 15 at 11:15 AM at Saints Cyril & Methodius R.C. Church, followed by further visitation at the funeral home from 10:15 AM until the service.

Chrissy B’s legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering support will continue to live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was, and always will be, a shining light, a true friend, and an extraordinary mother.
