In Loving Memory of Christina McGee
Deer Park mourns the loss of a cherished soul, Christina McGee, who passed away on March 23, 2024. She was a beacon of love and warmth to all who were fortunate enough to know her.
Christina will forever be remembered for her unwavering love and devotion as a wife, mother, and grandmother. Her bond with her husband of 39 years, Raymond, was a testament to the true meaning of love and partnership. She leaves behind a legacy of love in her children: her son John and his wife Gozde Flores, her daughter Bevin and her husband Keegan Staker. Christina's presence will be deeply missed by her grandchildren Dylan, Blake, Nora, and Caitlin, who were the light of her life.
Among the many passions that defined Christina's vibrant spirit was her deep love for horses – creatures that held a special place in her heart. Her patriotism shone brightly as she expressed an unwavering love for America. An amateur photographer with a keen eye for beauty, Christina found joy in capturing the wonders of wildlife through her lens.
A laughter that could light up any room accompanied Christina wherever she went. Those who had the privilege to know her were touched by her infectious laughter and warm spirit. Her adoration for all things glittery illuminated even the darkest days.
Christina's journey on this earth may have come to an end, but the memories she gifted to those around her will continue to live on in their hearts. As we gather to honor and celebrate her life at Deer Park - Mangano Family Funeral Home and Saints Cyril & Methodius R.C. Church, let us hold onto the joy she brought into our lives.
May we find solace in knowing that Christina McGee has now found peace in the eternal embrace of heaven.
Rest in peace, dear Christina. You will forever remain alive in our hearts.
