Christine M. Culajay of Riverhead died at her home on Dec. 29, 2018. She was 46 years old.
She was born in Port Jefferson on May 1, 1972, the daughter of Daniel and Linda Anne (Lehe) Bealey Sr.
She worked as a medical secretary in the emergency department at Peconic Bay Medical Center. She was a volunteer with the Flanders-Northampton Ambulance.
She is survived by her parents, her husband Patricio, her son Carl Kendrick Jr. and her daughter Katrina Kendrick. She is also survived by her grandchildren Lorenzo, Leandro and Annaly Christine.
Visitation will take place Wednesday, Jan. 2 and Thursday, Jan. 3 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Tuthill-Mangano Funeral Home in Riverhead. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, Jan. 4, at 11 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Church in Wading River.
