Daniel Kaelin

Daniel Kaelin of Jamesport, NY at age 88. Beloved husband of The Late Patricia Kaelin. Cherished father of Daniel A. Kaelin, Denise A. Vioght, Patrick M. Kaelin, Greg A. Kaelin, and Leslie Zavelsky. Adored grandfather of 26 grandchildren. Dearest great-grandfather of many great-grandchildren.

Daniel had many accomplishments throughout his lifetime. He proudly served in the Navy from 1951-1955. In his free time, Daniel became a member of and ex chief of the Jamesport Fire Department, he became the Riverhead town fire coordinator, and was a Suffolk County fire school instructor. He was a member of the Jamesport Lions Club, where he soon became the President. He also enjoyed being a member of the Mattituck Lions Club.
