Dominick had an esteemed career as a Supervisor for the New York City Water Department. With his dedication and hard work, he contributed significantly to the smooth functioning of the department and played an essential role in ensuring that clean water was provided to countless residents of New York City. His commitment to his work was unwavering, and he was highly regarded by colleagues and superiors alike. Not only did Dominick excel professionally, but he also proudly served in the Army. His military service exemplified his love for his country and his willingness to sacrifice for something greater than himself. Dominick's bravery and patriotism will always be remembered with honor.
Outside of work and military service, Dominick was a family man through and through. He cherished every moment spent with his loved ones and found immense joy in being a father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. His loving legacy lives on through his wife, Vincenza, their daughters Maryann Lettieri and Annette (Joseph) Monte, son Dominick (Ann) Lettieri, granddaughters Michaela, Danielle (Ryan), Sarah, Olivia and grandson Dominick. Additionally adding joy to his life was his great-grandson Mason.
Visitation services for Dominick will be held at Deer Park - Mangano Family Funeral Home located at 1701 Deer Pk Ave in Deer Park, NY on October 19th from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM followed by another visitation from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. A funeral service to celebrate Dominick's life will take place on October 20th at 11:15 AM at Saints Cyril & Methodius R.C. Church located at 125 Half Hollow Rd. in Deer Park, NY.
Dominick Lettieri leaves behind an indelible mark on the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing him. May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may his legacy of love and kindness continue to inspire all those who were fortunate to have been touched by his presence.
