Eileen M. Lagattuta, age 87, of Deer Park, NY, passed away on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip. She was born on January 31, 1929 in Brooklyn, NY to Martin McConnell and Helen (Devlin) McConnell. She worked as a bookkeeper for Waldbaums in Deer Park. She is survived by her loving husband John J. Lagattuta, beloved daughter Patricia Lagattuta and son Paul (Teresa). She was predeceased by her beloved sons John James and Michael Lagattuta. Visitation for Eileen will be on Saturday, March 19, 2016, 7:00 - 9:30 pm and Sunday, March 20, 2016, 2:00 - 4:30 pm & 7:00 - 9:30 pm at Mangano Funeral Home in Deer Park. Funeral mass will be on Monday, March 21, 10:45 pm at St. Matthew R.C. Church in Dix Hills. Interment to follow mass in St. John's Cemetery, Middle Village, Queens.
