A proud U.S. Marine Captain, Frank exemplified bravery and commitment both in the military and throughout his life. His journey led him to earn his Doctorate in Law (JD), allowing him to forge a successful career as a lawyer. He was not only a true champion of justice but also a beacon of hope for many who sought his counsel. Frank's passion for helping others extended beyond the courtroom; he co-founded the U.S. Volunteers, a testament to his giving nature and deep-rooted belief in the power of community service. Frank was also a retired Federal Agent, Bureau of Narcotics in New York City.
Frank’s character shone through in his personal life. Married to Mary Ann Ioppolo for an incredible 64 years, their partnership was a beautiful example of love and commitment. Together, they shared countless memories, laughter, and unwavering support for one another, creating a legacy of love that will endure through their family. Frank was a devoted father to Frank Jr. and Joseph, instilling in them the values of compassion and hard work. He also cherished the moments spent with his granddaughter, Emma, who brought immense joy to his heart.
Frank’s warmth extended to his favorite niece Suzanne and favorite nephews Frank (Duke) and Sammi, reminding them always of the importance of family bonds. He was known for his generous spirit, having given of himself tirelessly to those around him. His friends and family often remarked on his loving, gentle nature, and he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
