George Gulino

Gulino, George, on Feburary 8, 2016, of Ridge age 83. George was born in Ragusa, Sicily on January 3, 1933. He arrived in the United States at the age of seventeen with ten dollars in his pocket, and no knowledge of the English language. He worked hard at earning a living in these early days at various jobs in the construction trades. Eventually he met, fell in love with and married Nancy Musumeci, and together they worked to raise a family. In 1969, they started their own company, Residential Fences Corp. in the hope of working hard, and achieving their vision of the American dream and provide for the family. In 1984, along with his family, George set out to lay the ground work for another family business venture, and Laser Industries Inc. was founded. His determination, unswerving work ethic, and dedication to family serve as an inspiration to all who have been a part of his life. Sadly he lost his beloved Nancy in 1994. He is survived by his loving family: daughter Julia Sirico (Frank); sons John (Jeanne); Joseph (Cheryl); George, Jr.; Anthony (Lisa);Michael (Lori Ann); Mario (Lori) and James (Nicole). His adored 17 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and loving friend, Rosa Valente will miss him dearly.
