Harold D. Carr, Jr., a dedicated New York State Court Officer based in Riverhead, NY, passed away on December 29, 2024, at the age of 78. Born on December 27, 1946, in Yonkers, NY, Harold lived a life defined by commitment, integrity, and service to his community.

He is survived by his beloved children: Harold D. Carr, III, James Adam Carr (Margaret) , and Meghan Filacanevo (Joseph), who will always remember him for his wisdom, guidance, and love. He is also survived by his grandchildren, James, Ella, Claire, and Jude, his sister, Patricia Harrigan.

Harold's legacy will serve as a source of inspiration for his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Ann Carr; his father, Harold D. Carr, Sr.; his mother, Ella Pritz; and his brother, Richard Carr. The memories of his cherished loved ones will forever remain close to the hearts of those he leaves behind.
