Harry. V. Mugno of Riverhead died March 21. He was 80.
He was born July 11, 1938, to Rose Mattone and Harry Mugno in Brooklyn.
Mr. Mugno was a graduate of St. John’s, worked for OTB Nassau Downs and loved horses. His family said he served in the U.S. Army, “Cutting the potatoes, making sure everyone was fed.”
He married Marie DiMartino April 16, 1966.
Mr. Mugno is survived by his wife; his children Harry, Michael, Jennifer (Rick), Robert (Victoria) and Richard (John); and grandchildren Madison, Taylor, Robert, Kaeleigh, Jacob, Leah and Daniel.
