Helen Karpowicz

Helen Karpowicz, beloved wife of the late Frank Karpowicz, passed away on June 3rd, 2023 at the age of 93. Helen was born on March 27th, 1930 in Jamaica, New York to her parents Joseph Nadraus and Katherine Jagiello.

Throughout her life, Helen was known for her kind heart and selflessness. Her compassion extended far beyond her family and friends as she always lent a helping hand to those in need and went out of her way to make others feel loved and appreciated. Her generosity knew no bounds. Helen was a lover of animals, especially cats and dogs. If you would like to make a donation in memory of Helen, please do so at: RSVP Inc. Helen is survived by her loving children Dennis (Nancy) and Frank (Dianne) Karpowicz. She was also blessed with two grandsons Robert and Christopher, along with two great-grandsons Adam and Andrew. They will all miss her dearly.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visitation at Deer Park- Mangano Family Funeral Home located at 1701 Deer Pk Ave in Deer Park, NY on June 8th, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. 

Helen will always be remembered for the kindness she showed towards others. Her legacy of compassion lives on in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to know her. Rest easy Helen, you will be missed dearly but never forgotten.
