Ismael R. Cacnio, Sr., passed away on June 6, 2024. He was born on March 27, 1944, in the Philippines to his parents Alfredo and Nieves. Ismael will be remembered not only for his career but also for the love and care he shared with his and friends.

The services to honor Ismael's life will be held at Mangano Family Funeral Home in Deer Park, NY, with visitation on June 9, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A Mass will follow the next day at Saints Cyril & Methodius R.C. Church on June 10, 2024, starting at 11:15 AM.
Ismael R. Cacnio, Sr. is survived by his loving wife Fe Cacnio (Nee: Aguila), his sons Joseph (his wife Sarah Artis) Cacnio and Ismael Cacnio Jr., his grandson Joseph, as well as his siblings Alfredo Cacnio III, Bernatte Fuglem, Nieves Bautista, Carmen Bellomo, and Conception Cacnio. Together with other family members and friends who cherished him, they will carry forward his legacy of kindness and determination.
In remembrance of Ismael's life and achievements, let us celebrate the impact he had on those around him and keep alive the fond memories we shared with him. May he rest in peace knowing that he was truly appreciated and loved by many.
