Jane A. D'Amato

Jane A. D'Amato of Deer Park, New York, at the age of 75 years old, after an incredibly long and hard-fought battle with Multiple Sclerosis, passed away in no place she would rather be, her home in Deer Park. An in love and devoted wife of Ralph V. D'Amato Sr. for 56 beautiful years. An absolutely PERFECT mother of Ralph "Ralphie" D'Amato Jr. Adored grandmother called "Mimi" to Cassidy "Cassie" Faber, and a mushy Golden Retriever named Mylo.

She began her journey with the absolute "love of her life", her husband Ralph Sr, when they met in their mid-teens. Marrying in 1966, their journey began in Queens, New York, and eventually settling out on Long Island, first in Bay Shore/Brentwood, followed by her favorite home in Deer Park. An impeccable brilliant bookkeeper throughout her career, she was very outspoken in letting everyone know that her favorite job of all was being a mother and grandmother. Everyone who had the opportunity to meet and know her, would say the exact same of her: a sweet, sensitive, delicate, absolutely beautiful soul, which was gushing with love her entire life. These amazing traits, which she is most known for throughout her entire life, were passed down to her son Ralph Jr, and granddaughter Cassidy. Jane's most cherished accomplishment was they both have become beautiful souls and kind human beings.

Jane passed away in her home, surrounded by her husband and son, where she always wanted to be. Her favorite sounds were hearing "Janey" "Mommy" and "Mimi", coming from the voices of who she adored most in this world. Jane and her husband Ralph Sr. were, and will continue to be, "A love story of a lifetime" now, as well as when they are together again someday, as they are truly two people who cannot and will not live without. A bond such as there's could be nothing less than forever...and ever...
