Joan Elizabeth Hallock, of South Jamesport, New York, age 89. Cherished daughter of the late Albert Bailey and Marjorie Bailey (nee Biggs). Beloved mother of Jeffry N. Hallock and Deborah Bowen. Adored grandmother of five and great grandmother of four.

The family of Joan will be having a celebration of life on Saturday, September 24th 2022 at Jamesport Meeting House at 11 am.
