JoAnn K. Maietta of Middle Island, NY, formally of Greenlawn, NY, passed peacefully on July 12, 2019. Former Sales Associate of Fine Jewelry at A&S, Macy's, and Lord & Taylor. Beloved wife of Joseph L Maietta for 59 years. Loving mother to Lisa Maietta-Santos (George) and Jeanine Maietta-Lynch (James). Cherished Nanny to Alanna and Justin Lynch. Devoted sister to the late Vincent Genzano. Plus her sister in law and brother in law, Elaine and William Corso, along with her nieces and nephew. All of them she loved and touched deeply.
