John Peter Fox

John Peter Fox, 82, of Concord, passed away on March 20, 2021 at his home in Concord, NC.

He was born on February 7, 1939 to Joseph and Doris (Schwagerl) Fox in Richmond Hill, NY. John worked as a Letter Carrier, was a Shop Steward for his union, and worked as well with the Letter Carriers’ Credit Union for many years which he thoroughly enjoyed.

John is survived by his loving family, including brothers Joseph (wife Debbie) and James (wife Judy); daughter Teri Hughes (husband Michael); sons Michael (wife Cordella) and Rick (wife Jeanine) Fox; Grandchildren Krista and Eddie Nugent, Kyle, Connor, Katelyn, Rachel, Haylee, and Keira Fox; Great Grandchild Novalyn Dennis.

He was preceded in death by father, Joseph Fox, mother, Doris Fox, wife Kathleen, and brother Lawrence.

Visitation will be held Friday, March 26, 2021, 10:00 am – 12:30pm at Mangano Family Funeral Home, Inc.
Burial will take place in the Long Island National Cemetery.
