Born in Dunmore, Pennsylvania, on August 23, 1927, Joseph's life was marked by dedication to family, service, and an unwavering spirit. Joseph proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1954 to 1957, a testament to his commitment to defending the freedoms we hold dear. His military service not only shaped his character but also instilled in him values of discipline, honor, and perseverance. A devoted family man, Joseph is survived by his beloved children: Ann Schrage (Kevin), Michelle Lawrence, Mary Roberts (Don), Joseph Lawrence (Jackie), Patricia Lawrence-Saal, and Judy Limekiller (Robert). He is also survived by his five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was a source of strength, guidance, and unconditional love for each of them, and his legacy will continue through their lives. Joseph's journey was characterized by his ability to connect with others, fostering relationships that transcended generations. He will be remembered not only for his achievements and service but also for the warmth he shared with family and friends.
