Joseph John LoFaro

Joseph John LoFaro, beloved son, brother, uncle, and member of the community, passed away on July 20, 2023, at the age of 79. Joseph was born on June 20, 1944, in Brooklyn, New York to Dominick and Lola LoFaro. He will be deeply missed by his surviving family and numerous friends.

Joseph had a fulfilling career as the owner and operator of LoFaro's Kitchens in Deer Park, New York.  Not only was Joseph a talented businessman, but he was also known for his warm heart and generosity towards others. He always made time for his loved ones and never hesitated to lend a helping hand whenever it was needed. 

In addition to his successful career, Joseph cherished the time spent with his family. He leaves behind his sister AnnMarie LoFaro and brothers Daniel LoFaro and Carlo LoFaro. Joseph held a special place in his heart for his nieces and nephews: Karla, Jeremy, Daniel, Christian, Nicole, Michelle, and Camille.

Joseph's legacy will be remembered by all who knew him. His infectious laughter and kind spirit will forever echo in our hearts. Loss is never easy, but we can find solace in knowing that Joseph touched so many lives during his time here with us.

Services to honor Joseph's life will be held at Deer Park- Mangano Family Funeral Home located at 1701 Deer Park Avenue in Deer Park, New York. Visitation will take place on July 30th from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with a prayer service starting at 12:00 PM. Please join us as we come together to support each other and celebrate his life.
