An esteemed secretary, Josephine infused her work with a spirit of caring that resonated in every task she undertook. Her professionalism was matched only by her genuine concern for the well-being of others, making her a beloved figure in both her professional and personal spheres.
Josephine was the devoted wife of Dennis Bekatoros, with whom she shared a profound bond throughout the years. She is also survived by her son Peter and his wife Jannine Bekatoros, along with her daughter Diana Bekatoros. The family’s joy was further magnified through her grandchild, Mia, who brought laughter and happiness to Josephine’s days.
A visitation to celebrate Josephine’s life will take place on Friday, December 6, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at Mangano Family Funeral Home, located at 1701 Deer Park Avenue, Deer Park, NY. A Mass in her honor will then be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024 at the Our Lady of Miraculous Medal R.C. Church in Wyandanch at 10:00 AM, concluding at 11:00 AM.
Josephine Bekatoros leaves behind a legacy driven by kindness and love, a shining example of the impact one individual can have on the hearts of many. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the fondest of memories by her family and all who were fortunate to know her.
