Kathleen Claudio

Kathleen Claudio, a beloved wife and sister, passed away peacefully on September 5, 2024, at the age of 65. Born on September 17, 1958, in Bay Shore, New York, she was a beacon of kindness and warmth to everyone who knew her. Kathleen embodied the true essence of love and devotion, particularly in her roles as a wife and sister.

Her career at Quest Diagnostics showcased her remarkable dedication and attention to detail, qualities that mirrored her caring nature. Kathleen's colleagues admired her not only for her professional skills but also for the genuine compassion she extended to others, always taking the time to lend a listening ear or share a comforting word.

Kathleen is survived by her devoted husband, Jose P. Claudio, who enjoyed a deep bond with her, marked by unconditional love and mutual respect. Her brothers, Shawn Semeran and Kevin Semeran, also cherish treasured memories of growing up alongside Kathleen, each story echoing with laughter and shared experiences. Though Kathleen’s heart was filled with love, it also bore the weight of loss, mourning the passing of her beloved daughter, the late Jamie, and her son, the late Joseph. 

As we remember Kathleen, we honor her spirit, which will forever remain a guiding light in the lives of those she loved. Her kindness, caring nature, and the love she poured into her family will be profoundly missed but remain a cherished legacy.

Visitation will be held at Mangano Family Funeral Home on Monday, September 9, 2024. Friends and family are invited to gather to pay their respects from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with a prayer service scheduled at 8:00 PM. The cherished moments and heartfelt memories shared during these times will serve as a testament to the remarkable woman Kathleen was—a true embodiment of love and kindness.
