Lawrence E. Langhorn

Lawrence E. Langhorn, age 62, passed away on Monday, May 29, 2017 at Peconic Bay Medical Center, in Riverhead, NY. He was born on May 15, 1955, in Riverhead, NY, to Richard S. Langhorn, Sr. and Sara Geraldine Brown. He worked as a warehouse manager for Schwing Electric, in Riverhead, NY. Lawrence was an avid NASCAR race fan, especially #24 Jeff Gordon. He is survived by his loving wife Sarah Langhorn (nee: Trent), beloved father to Lawrence Langhorn, Alicia Langhorn and Edison Brown, dear brother to Richard S. Langhorn, Jr., Frances Brown, Phyllis Smith and Gloria Peppers, cherished grandfather of 6. Visitation for Lawrence will be on Saturday, June 3, 2017, 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Galilee Church of God in Christ, 87 Old Quogue Rd., Riverhead, NY 11901. Following the visitation there will be a service at 11:00 am at the church, with Rev. Andrew Teagle officiating. Interment to follow the service in Riverhead Cemetery, in Riverhead, NY.
