Loretta A. Sullivan

Loretta A. Sullivan, a beloved member of her family and community, passed away on September 12, 2024 at the age of 83 in Riverhead, New York. Born on July 28, 1941, in Brooklyn, New York, Loretta's journey through life was marked by her kindness, resilience, and unwavering support for her loved ones. Loretta is survived by her son, Karl Tollefsen, who carries forward her legacy of love and strength. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Sullivan, and her son, Mark Tollefsen, both of whom she cherished deeply. Her life touched many hearts, and she will be remembered for her warm spirit and the joy she brought to those around her. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on September 16, 2024, during a visitation at Tuthill-Mangano Funeral Home, located at 406 E Main St, Riverhead, NY, from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Following the visitation, a burial service will take place at Calverton National Cemetery, starting at 12:30 PM. Loretta A. Sullivan will be profoundly missed but fondly remembered.
