Marie Marino

Marie Marino, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, passed away on February 12, 2024. She was born on August 26, 1931, in Brooklyn, New York.

Marie's life was one filled with love and devotion. She touched the hearts of all those who knew her with her kind and compassionate nature. Her warm smile and gentle words brought comfort to many in times of need.

Marie is predeceased by her husband Nicholas Marino (1994). Marie's memory will forever be cherished by her children: Linda Goetz, Steven Marino, Nicholas Marino, and Marie Marino. She was not only a mother but also a guiding light in their lives. Marie took great pride in the accomplishments of her children and supported them every step of the way. Her unconditional love knew no bounds. Family was the foundation of Marie's life, and she instilled strong values of love and unity.

In addition to being a dedicated wife and mother, Marie touched the lives of countless others through her involvement in the community. She had a heart full of compassion and always lent a helping hand to those in need. 

To honor Marie's life and pay tribute to the impact she had on all those who knew her, a visitation will take place on Saturday, February 17, 2024. The visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Deer Park - Mangano Family Funeral Home located at 1701 Deer Pk Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729. Friends and family are welcome to attend this time of remembrance and to share their memories of Marie.

Following the visitation, a burial service will be held at Saint John's Cemetery in Queens, NY. The burial is scheduled for 11:45 AM on February 17, 2024 at the cemetery. There, Marie will find eternal rest in the peaceful surroundings of Middle Village.
