Mark Arranz passed away peacefully, at home with his family, after a brave fight against pancreatic cancer on October 6, 2024. He was an avid sports fan, rooting for the Rangers, the Mets, and the Giants. He loved music and attended live events as often as possible. He spent much of his free time gardening, cooking, tending to his fish tanks, and playing with his four dogs. He especially loved sharing all these interests and hobbies with his sons.
He is survived by his wife, Nina, sons Ryan and Justin, sister Lynn (Greg) Giordano, mother-in-law, three sisters-in-law, three brothers-in-law, six nephews and their spouses, and three nieces and their spouses, three great-nephews and three great-nieces. He leaves behind a legacy of strength and humor to all who knew him both personally and professionally.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Project Purple (https://www.projectpurple.org) to further pancreatic cancer research.
