Mary Louise Brush, born on April 18, 1936, in Queens, New York, bid farewell to this world on July 2, 2024. She was a loving wife, a devoted mother, a cherished grandmother and great-grandmother, and a treasured member of her community.
Mary dedicated her career to sales at Henkel Knives in New York, NY, where she excelled with her passion and dedication. Her warm personality touched the hearts of all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Mary's kindness and caring nature left an indelible mark wherever she went.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion. Mary is survived by her beloved husband Francis Brush, along with her step-children Francis Jr., James, and Karen Brush. She is also survived by her grandson Joe Tobia, as well as her great-granddaughters Alyssa Tobia and Brianna Tobia. Mary is predeceased by her daughter, Liz.
In memory of Mary's life, a visitation will be held on Sunday, July 7, 2024 at Mangano Family Funeral Home in Deer Park, NY from 2-4:30pm & 7-9:30pm. Closing prayers will follow on Monday, July 8, 2024 at 8:15 AM for those who wish to pay their final respects. A Mass will follow at Saints Cyril & Methodius R.C. Church at 9:15AM, before the burial at Saint Charles Cemetery in East Farmingdale.
Mary Louise Brush will be deeply missed but forever remembered for the love she shared and the lives she touched. May she rest in peace.
