Wesnofske, Maureen M. (Nee McGuire), of Riverhead, NY, formerly of Huntington, NY, on December 12, 2023, in her 80^th year. Loving mother of Mara C. Cergol (Chris) and Andrew J. (Christine), loving sister of Joanne Swanson and Fran Hunken. Adored grandmother of Grace, Mia, Charlotte and Luke.

Reposing Tuthill-Mangano Funeral Home at 406 E Main Street, Riverhead, NY, where a religious service will be held Friday. Visitation will be Friday 2pm-4:30pm and 7pm-9:30pm. The Funeral Mass will be held Saturday at 10am at St John the Evangelist Church, in Riverhead, NY. Interment is at St John’s the Evangelist Cemetery in Riverhead, NY.

I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one. I’d like to leave an Afterglow of smiles when day is done.
I’d like to leave an echo…whispering softly down the ways of happy times and laughing times and bright and sunny days.
I’d like the tears of those who grieve to dry before the sun of happy memories that I leave behind when day is done.
