Michael Naglieri, devoted husband of the late Dolores, a man whose dedication and passion touched the hearts of many, passed away on May 19, 2024. Born on September 19, 1928, in Brooklyn, he lived a life filled with love, service, unwavering commitment.
Michael's career spanned an impressive 40 years at St. John's Cemetery, where his hard work and diligence left a lasting impact. His time in the United States Marine Corps honed his sense of duty and honor, traits that shone through in all aspects of his life.
A devoted father and stepfather, Michael cherished his family above all else. He found joy in sports and shared his enthusiasm with those around him. His love for travel was evident as he explored the world with his beloved wife by his side.
Known for his meticulous nature and a penchant for cleanliness, Michael ensured that everything around him was just right. His warm and loving nature made him a dear friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Michael is survived by his daughter Rosemarie (Charles) Cohen, son Daniel (Alicia) Grande, daughter Phyllis (John) Skuba, grandchildren Matthew, Daniel, David, Alex, Danielle, great-grandchild Oliver. Brothers Patrick and Cosmo; sister Antoinette; He was a cherished uncle to many.
In his passing, Michael leaves behind a legacy of kindness and integrity that will be remembered fondly by his late brothers Frank and Joseph, late sisters Anna and Carmella.
Services to honor and celebrate Michael Naglieri's life will be held at the Deer Park - Mangano Family Funeral Home on May 23rd followed by a Mass at Saints Cyril & Methodius R.C. Church on May 24th. He will be laid to rest at Saint Charles Cemetery later that day.
