Blake, Paula Johanna passed away on May 4, 2019, of Deer Park. She was born on September 4, 1938 in Ismaning, Germany. Daughter of Johann Bergbauer and Anna Amper Bergbauer. Beloved wife of Jack Blake for 52 years. Devoted mother of Janice and Karen, and loving omi to John Anthony of San Diego. Fond mother in law to John Matthew. Paula immigrated to Dix Hills in 1955 and lived in her chalet in Deer Park for 52 years. Family will receive friends on Thursday May 9, 2019, 2-4:30pm & 7-9:30pm at Mangano Funeral Home, Inc., 1701 Deer Park Avenue Deer Park, NY 11729. Prayer service in funeral home Thursday at 8pm.
