Richard Robert Quinn

It is with great sadness that the family of Richard Robert Quinn announces his passing on January 10, 2025, in Ridge, NY.  Richard was born July 5, 1947, on 94 Morton Street in Brooklyn, NY.

He is predeceased in death by his father Edward (Woody) Quinn (1915 - 2001), his mother Sarah (Evelyn) Quinn (1915-1990), his sisters Margaret Ann Czyscon, Gail Patricia Coon, and Evelyn Francis Freese, his brother Edward James Quinn, and his granddaughter Rockelle Grace Grammont. 

He is survived by his wife, Joneen Quinn, of 38 years and his children: Coleen Marie Nugent, Kelly Anne Grammont, Erin Elizabeth Syid, Desiree Colon, and Richard Ryan Quinn, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He proudly sacrificed and served his country in the Vietnam War.  He also served as a volunteer in the Ridge Fire Department. 

Richard was a loving husband and father.  He loved his wife, his children, all of his grandchildren, and his siblings. 

As per Richards's final requests, he will be cremated.  There will be a Celebration of Life service held at a later date.
