Robert J. Rodler

Robert J. Rodler of Middle Island, Age 87. Beloved and cherished husband to Carol for 65 years. Cherished father of Karen L. Sheridan (Lawrence), Diane E. Shea (late William), Steven R. Rodler, Thomas G. Rodler (Joyce) and Robert J. Rodler (Nicole). Cherished grandfather to eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Bob graduated from Cornell University in 1954. In 1958 he and his friend Leon started the Landscape design and build firm, Goldberg Rodler which went on to win various National, Regional and local awards.
Bob was an avid sportsman and had a lifelong passion for hunting, fishing and just enjoying the outdoors. Bob loved traveling, playing golf and was a champion bocce player.

The family requests that donations in memory of Robert J. Rodler be made to the Salvation Army in lieu of flowers.
