Rose M. Andreoli, a beloved bookkeeper and cherished member of her community, has sadly left us on the 7th of January, 2024. She was a beacon of light, leaving an indelible mark on the lives she touched. Rose was born on the 20th of December, 1932 in Baia E Latina, Italy, to Camillo and Maria DiCerbo.
Even from a young age, Rose exhibited a remarkable tenacity and dedication to her studies. She completed her high school education with great success and decided to further her knowledge by pursuing some college classes. Her thirst for knowledge was evident throughout her life, as she enthusiastically embraced new learning opportunities whenever they arose.
Rose's professional career as a bookkeeper was marked by her unwavering commitment to precision and integrity. She effortlessly balanced numbers and meticulously navigated financial intricacies with grace. Colleagues admired her meticulous approach and trusted her implicitly.
Beyond her professional life, Rose exemplified what it meant to be loving and kind-hearted. Her generosity knew no bounds as she consistently went above and beyond for those around her. Friends and family would often seek solace in her comforting presence during times of need, knowing that she would provide unwavering support without hesitation.
Rose's warm spirit extended to not only those close to her but also strangers who had the privilege of meeting her. Her ability to find shared humanity in everyone she encountered was truly extraordinary. Rose understood the significance of simple acts of kindness which left an indelible impression on those lucky enough to cross paths with her.
She shared an unshakeable bond with Frank Andreoli as they walked through life hand in hand as loving partners. Together they raised their two sons; the late Joseph, and the late John. Rose later welcomed her loving daughter, Mary (Christian Younger) Droppa into the world. Rose's unconditional love poured like an endless river into their lives, shaping them into compassionate individuals that continue to carry forth her legacy.
In the years that followed, Rose's family blossomed even further as her children grew and started their own families. Christian Younger, Rose's son-in-law, became an integral part of their family, sharing in the joys and sorrows that life inevitably brings. Rose’s granddaughters Ashley and Allison were the apples of her eye, and she loved them with a fervor unmatched.
As we gather to remember and honor Rose, we take solace in knowing that her spirit lives on in those she leaves behind. We shall commemorate her remarkable life with services held at Deer Park - Mangano Family Funeral Home on the 10th of January, 2024. The visitation will begin at 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM followed by a prayer service at 7:00 PM. On the following day, a solemn burial ceremony will take place at Mount Saint Mary's in Flushing, NY at 11:30 AM.
