Roseann Ruvolo, born on April 21, 1947, in Brooklyn Borough, NY, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2025. Her life was illuminated by the love she shared with her family and friends, and she will be remembered for her gentle spirit and the warmth she brought to everyone who knew her.
Roseann was a devoted mother to her daughter, Nicole, and her husband James McBrearty, who cherished the bond they shared with her. The joy in her life multiplied with the birth of her grandchildren, James IV and Ani, who brought immeasurable happiness to her heart. Each smile, each laugh, that echoed through her home was a testament to her nurturing kindness and the love she infused into every moment.
In addition to her immediate family, Roseann is survived by her beloved brother, Henry Famularo, and his wife Marge, who provided unwavering support and companionship throughout their lives. Together, they created countless memories that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew them.
Roseann was predeceased by her beloved husband, Vincent, who left this world in 1987. Their love story remained a beautiful chapter of her life, and though he may no longer be with her in body, his memory lived on within her heart and in the stories she delighted in sharing.
The Ruvolo family invites those who knew and loved Roseann to honor her memory at the visitation to be held at the Deer Park - Mangano Family Funeral Home, located at 1701 Deer Park Ave, Deer Park, NY, on March 23, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and again from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Additional visitation will take place on March 24, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM, followed by a Mass at Our Lady of Mercy R.C. Church, Hicksville, NY, at 11:15 AM. Finally, Roseann will find her resting place at Saint Charles Cemetery in East Farmingdale, NY, during the burial service scheduled for 12:30 PM on the same day.
As we gather to celebrate the extraordinary life of Roseann Ruvolo, we hold close the memories of a remarkable woman whose legacy of love will continue to guide and inspire us all. Her spirit will always remain a part of our lives, reminding us to cherish each moment and spread kindness wherever we go.
