Ruben Orlando “Chavo” Cintron 03/17/1977 - 05/18/2023
We are devastated to announce the passing of our beloved Ruben “Chavo” Cintron, husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend on May 18, 2023. He passed away at the age of 46 years young.
Chavo was born on March 17, 1977 in Orocovis, Puerto Rico and later made his home in North Babylon, New York. In 1997, he met the love of his life, Anayris. They married in 2000 and raised two beautiful daughters, Diosmayris and Naomi.
Chavo’s passion for animals, outer space, cafecitos with his vieja, and the Yankees were known by all. He was a family man. He and his wife taught their daughters the importance of love, faith, and family. His love has passed down to all his friends and family, and sparks fond memories of the great man he was.
Chavo believed in peace. He believed life couldn’t end just here, that God had bigger plans than what one could understand. He leaves behind a strong family that vow to carry on his legacy of love, faith, and unity and we ask you to do the same.
