Theresa Duncan

Theresa Duncan, a beloved member of the community, passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2024, just one day before her 98th birthday. She was born on February 25, 1926, in Brooklyn, New York to her parents Jack and Esther. 

Theresa will be remembered for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family. She touched the lives of many with her gentle spirit and compassionate nature. Theresa obtained her high school diploma and went on to lead a life filled with grace and dignity.

She is survived by her loving son, William Duncan, Jr., who meant the world to her and her daughter-in-law Elvira.  Theresa's presence will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Services to honor and celebrate Theresa's life will be held at the Deer Park - Mangano Family Funeral Home located at 1701 Deer Park Ave, Deer Park, NY 11729, United States. A visitation will take place on Thursday, February 29, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM followed by a prayer service at 11:30 AM in the funeral home. A burial will take place immediately following at Long Island National Cemetery, 2040 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY 11735.

Theresa Duncan will forever remain in our hearts, and her legacy of love and kindness will continue to inspire us all. May she rest in peace.
