Born on February 17, 1943, Therese had a remarkable journey filled with cherished memories and meaningful connections. As a dedicated executive secretary for Telephonics in Farmingdale, NY, she exhibited unwavering commitment and professionalism throughout her career.
Therese's nurturing spirit extended beyond the workplace into her personal life. She was not only a great mother but also adorned the role of a beloved grandmother with delight. Her love knew no bounds as she showered affection upon her children Nick (Patricia) Tanner, Kevin (Joyce) Connelly, James Connelly, Kathleen (Ralph) Miele, and Thomas (Randi) Connelly.
Having completed her education as a high school graduate, Therese embodied the values of continuous learning and growth. Her thirst for knowledge was evident in both personal pursuits and engaging conversations with those around her.
On Thursday, February 8, 2024, friends and family will gather to pay their last respects at the visitation event held at Deer Park - Mangano Family Funeral Home located at 1701 Deer Park Ave in Deer Park, NY. The event will commence at 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A mass of Christian Burial will take place Friday 10:15AM at Ss. Cyril & Methodius R.C.C. in Deer Park, NY, burial to follow at Long Island National Cemetery, Farmingdale, NY.
Her departure leaves behind an irreplaceable void in the lives of all who knew her intimately. Therese's legacy will be fondly remembered for generations to come as her gentle touch has left an indelible mark on the hearts of those fortunate enough to have crossed paths with her.
