Loving father of Edward (Kathy) Madsen, Janet Madsen, Elizabeth (Mike) Hackett, Eric (Carla) Madsen, and loving stepfather to Joni (Kevin) Reilly and William (Angela) Jackson. Cherished grandfather to 14 loving grandchildren and great grandfather to 1 loving great grandson. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be sent in Tom's memory to the American Heart Association.
