Victoria E. Moccia, born in Brooklyn on June 22, 1938, peacefully passed at home on December 13, 2024. She lived a life full of love and leaves an enduring legacy.
Victoria was one of a kind. She was the matriarch of her family, who loved cooking Sunday dinners and especially during the holidays. She always looked her best, with makeup and nails neatly done, even just to go to the grocery store. She loved flowers and took great pride in her garden. She loved to play cards with a good strong cup of coffee. She enjoyed watching sports, including the Yankees and Rangers.
Victoria is survived by her loving partner of over 25 years, Patrick Conlin and her children, Annette, Nicholas and his wife Alyssa. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Alexandra and her husband James, Mark and his wife Irene, Bethany and her husband Nico, and Victoria. She is predeceased by her grandson Christopher, who she missed dearly. Victoria is also survived by her four great-grandchildren, Armani, John, Ava and Ari.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects and celebrate the life of this wonderful woman. The visitation services are to be held at Mangano Funeral Home, located at 1701 Deer Park Avenue, Deer Park NY, on Wednesday, December 18 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and again from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. The funeral mass will be held at St. Cyril & Methodius Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, December 19th at 10:15 AM. Following the funeral mass, Victoria will be laid to rest at St. Charles Cemetery.
