Virginia Marie DiPalo

Virginia Marie DiPalo, beloved mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2023, at Hospice House in East Northport. She was born on July 22, 1924, in Queens, New York.

Throughout her life, Virginia cherished her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter A. DiPalo, her father Joesph Marra, and mother Anna Pasalaqua. Her memory will forever be treasured by her adoring daughters Lorraine Meluzio and Denise DiPalo. Virginia's grandchildren Vincent and great-grandchildren Ian, Colin, and Dylan will forever hold fond memories of their dear grandmother. 

A respectful visitation will be held December 18, 2023 at the Mangano Family Funeral Home Of Middle Island located at 640 Middle Country Rd in Middle Island, NY. The two visitation events will take place from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Family and friends are welcome to join together to honor Virginia's life and offer their condolences to the grieving family. A Mass will be held on December 19, 2023, at St. Frances Cabrini RC Church located at 134 Middle Country Road in Coram, NY. The service will begin at 10:30 AM and will be a beautiful celebration of Virginia's life. Virginia will be laid to rest at Mount St. Mary Cemetery on Booth Memorial Ave in Flushing, NY, following the Mass.

The loss of Virginia Marie DiPalo leaves an indescribable void in the lives of all who knew her. Her warm smile and caring nature touched the lives of many and will forever be remembered. May she rest in eternal peace knowing that she made a positive impact on everyone she encountered.
