Woodrow W. Hobson

Woodrow W. Hobson, age 94, of Riverhead, NY passed away at his residence in Riverhead on Tuesday, June 14, 2016. He was born on December 16, 1921in Ballsville Virginia to Marshall and Ellen Hobson. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII as a Corporal. He worked as a store keeper for Brookhaven National Laboratory. He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years Hazel Hobson. He was dear brother to Lucy Primm and cousin to Carnal Hobson. Visitation for Woodrow will be on Monday, June 20, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Riverhead 1018 Northville Turnpike, Riverhead, NY 11901. Funeral service will be on Tuesday, June 21, 11:00 am at the church with visitation starting at 10:00 am. Interment to follow with military honors at Calverton National Cemetery.
